IAG is destroying a once great company

Pros

The people here are fabulous and there is a good social atmosphere. The work can be a bit boring at times but it used to be good and diverse.

Cons

Sadly, IAG are reducing 225 IT staff to a mere 25 through mass redundancy. Many excellent staff members are being lost to rival IT companies and BA can never replace their knowledge and experience. IAG are insistent that cost cutting and outsourcing is the way forward yet many other companies have been down this route and failed. BA will soon learn from its' mistakes but unfortunately it will be too late as the current CEO is hopeless.
