Pros

Opportunities to visit new countries Meet the most amazing people Bring friends and families on your flight Staff discount on flights for yourself and loved ones Several days off in a month. You can perform errands whilst the majority if people are at work.

Cons

You're just a number. Opportunities to progress are few and far between. The staff who deal with absence and sickness are heartless and unnecessarily rude. Myself and several other colleagues received the same bizarre rude attitude. CSMs (on board managers) can give you "sanctions" without any backlash. Even if they're wrong or have manipulated the situation. I had one manager completely lie and state I was unorganised during the pre-flight service - apparently I looked confused when handing customers drinks. You can understand my confusion as responsibility was to remain at the doors and I never handed out any drinks. The 2nd in charge also does the same to get up the ladder. It is such a toxic culture.

Pros

Management sucks to the core

Cons

There are only cons to tell about the company management I have experienced it in the interview only the management is big time loser and doesn't keep a track of their own time but wastes others time in the office .

Pros

Staff Travel discounts and on time salary. People are friendly.

Cons

No work life balance , rotational offs only , team leaders put unnecessary pressure on you even if you are on customer service you are required to make sales and sales targets are set , even during pandemic where travel restrictions are there in many countries , you are asked to make sales , if not you are not eligible for incentive . AHT targets remains same as before pandemic . You will have to take back to back calls for the entire period of your shift . With calculated breaks . Team leaders only job there is to check everyone's break adherence and absence report, nothing productive comes from their end . No career growth as favouritism is there . The worst part is Quality team who are given targets to mark down agents so that they can be denied of their incentives. They will find new ways to mark you down every single month. If you want any leaves it's better to swap with your colleagues rather than going to your team leader as they will always deny and give stupid reasons .
