Pros

You will become friends with people that think in the same way you do about how bad the pay is.

Cons

Let me start by first saying that the salary is an absolute joke for what you do. Currently working in the British Airways Club on a salary of 15.8K which is bad because previous contracts people were employed on 18-19k contracts. Bad? Well the attrition rate is over 200 within 12 months. Not to mention the fact that team leaders avoid at all possible situation to do a call take over. The list honestly goes on but I would not advise anyone to take a job at BA. staff travel is pointless as you never get chance to use it due to poor pay, or just simply due to being unable to get a week of straight.
