Pros

sometimes you can fly on standby and get a discount ticket. Up for question with the new CEO

Cons

The targets are taken from the air and completely unachievable. You're pushed to work overtime and the target you hit never seems to fall to the data management team to process commission. Don't dare have any physical or mental health problems as the attendance unit, who are in no way medically trained, don't care and will judge you. Told to ignore sick notes. No room to progress and cutting every single corner possible.
