They don't care about you and your work knowledge, they can fire you anytime they want as they are having so many hidden policy and no body care even I have seen people working from a decade they live in a fear only salary part is ok

Cons

Worst company to join they will throw you out anytime without checking anything and if you try to contact senior management they won't even reply, it's like a haunted place for new people

My colleagues are fantastic. Recognised brand. Current CEO considers colleagues more than previous one.

Cons

No decent pay rise in 4 years. Outdated technology. Office Wi-Fi is useless. Covid was handled very badly. Room for promotion non existent. Travel perks can be stressful.
