      Pros

      Amazing travel perks, opportunities are there, and working with some of the best in the industry.

      Cons

      BA is very much an offshoot of a larger group now, management are firewalled from senior levels making things like pay negotiations difficult (see BALPA strikes of 2019). The directors hide behind the company structure with statements like “IAG are responsible for” or “its not possible due to” etc.
