Pros

I worked for a company for 10 years that was bought by Broadcom. I have no pros to report. There was a mass exodus.

Cons

The company did not value employees as individuals. They adhered to policies that did not make sense, even when it had a serious negative impact on employees. There was zero attempt to foster work-life balance.

Pros

1. Good stock option and moderate salary

Cons

1. They are laying off people every quarter. So no job security. 2. Management is forcing the employees to come to office during pandemic. Although work from home facility is there, still they are asking people to come to office. 3. Management is very rude and they don't believe in employee feedback.

Pros

- Benefits are ok compared to working for a competitor.

Cons

- Does not care about the welfare of it's employees, all about the bottom line so CEO can make $103 million in a year - Forcing employees back into the office when safety can not be guaranteed during COVID outbreak, no distancing and people walking around without masks. - CEO told employees to stop watching CNN - Will never support working remotely - Will suck the life out of you
