Pros

The company has a good community feel amongst staff (we are all in it together mentality). The job roll was demanding and stressful at times, but there was good support from other staff, managers and a good training. Best thing about the job was its career progression programme which aimed to bring out the best in you.

Cons

Stressful at times, hard to book holidays for specific days (you must be quick, availabiltiy was a problem when it came to booking days off, especially at short notice)

To be honest about Pros If you’re a middle class boy and you don’t have father at the age of 21 then you have to go work full time to be a bread earner for your family and this company paid me the best as a fresher Second thing is company is in a very prime location which is called Magarpatta Pune and the process I was working for was named as O2 it’s a UK based Telecommunications Company and I was working as a sales agent That’s all

Cons

The cons are I wanna do something in my life dreams to come true goals to achieve wanna be the greatest and wanna give something good to these world in return so working in BPO as a full time agent with lower package when you still have the ability to with any company it’s just you need good money to make you’re life better I wanna achieve my goals so working in BPO is not an option
