Pros

Capita has great benefits, from having medical aid, provident fund, it's quick to grow in this business they offer alot.. As for your kids aswell there's so much benefits working here I really did enjoy my experience and gained alot aswell

Cons

The campaign I worked on was a bit mixed up so much things I had to do as a customer service advisor, it included sales, doing upgrades, opening and closing complaints, dealing with managers call backs it was not organized as where by other companies has different campaigns for all different type of calls or issues the agents deals with

So far, the large company seems to have a lot of support like the in-company social media site,

Cons

The company is so big - they were disorganised throughout the onboarding process, mixed messages. Training is slow and patronising.
