      Weekend Off, Great Location, Warm Building.

      As a Asian Working at Capita Belfast was a worst decision of my life so far. Management is a nightmare, atmosphere is highly discriminating. You will be targeted every single day because of your Race and Religion from employees and managers. they bully and harassed you if you do a complaint. They make your life Hell. Not just Belfast Office even their Headoffice is useless too Dont take any action if you do a complaint besides they made you look bad. Terrible Company This company do not believe in Equality and Diversity.

      Pros

      * Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely when possible. * Wide range of projects to work on. * Highly skilled professionals to bounce ideas off of, and to learn from. * Well developed training programme for graduates and professionals at early stages of their career.

      Cons

      * Ability to retain talent. Recruitment is given a higher priority over staff retention and progression, leading to high turnover. * Focus on short term profitability that affects employee's potential, and hinders progression. Also, it is quiet common for staff to be made redundant as soon as work runs dry, only for the upper management to go on a recruitment spree for similar positions a couple of months later. * Constant restructuring of teams to 'increase' efficiency. * Increasingly bureaucratic systems and processes that affects employees ability to carry out their day to day jobs. * Hard work often goes unrewarded. Promotion is seldom based on merit. Instead of promoting sufficiently trained and competent staff, senior positions within the company are often filled by personnel parachuted in from outside of the company. * Below industry average salary and benefits .
