Pros

The company enjoys the position as the leader in its market (networking) and has a strong portfolio of products to maintain that lead. The culture is fairly open and transparent, and all levels of management focus on regular communication. The company regularly adopts new technology especially as it utilizes its own products.

Cons

As with any extremely large company, there is politics to deal with. The company strongly favors extroverts with a culture that tends to reward "talkers" far more than "doers". The company has hit a position where growth has slowed, which means promotions are far more limited than at startups and other smaller companies.

Pros

Very low expectations of employees made deliverable easy, i.e. - Not to much difficult or challenging work with no competence needed to complete tasks.

Cons

management team lazy and content with under performing employees which makes over performing employees question desire or need to perform.
