Pros

I have been enjoyed working at Cisco. The company provided the very good benefits. It is a friendly working env. with many learning oppertunities.

Cons

The company is big, so some of the processes between the dept. are different, which would require some detailed coordinations.

Pros

Cisco is an excellent employer that takes excellent care of it's employees and fosters a good work/life balance. Cisco's support during a period of severe injury showed me that there are good companies that really do care about people.

Cons

Politics often get in the way of logical decision making. Cisco's ventures into non-core businesses have been failures, yet the company has yet to address what their core is!

Pros

Good pay & bonus. Good benefits. Good people. Great technology.

Cons

Recent early retirement and layoffs have negatively impacted morale in the US. Difficult to get things done in mostly virtual team environment. Poor work-life balance.
