      -) In general Cisco is a good employer, the company is well functioning, team play and team spirit are factors highly valued within the organization -) Performance of the company is on the outside (share price) good, employees benefit of the increasing share price due to RSU and employee share purchase programs -) Future proof acquisitions have been made with Splunk -) Payment and remuneration packages are well compared to average incomes and within the IT industry (all of IT)

      -) 2023/24 were difficult years, lay offs were not well communicated by top management, which pushed motivation of staff down -) Payment and remuneration packages are in direct peer comparison to other, leading IT companies rather below what others pay -) Inflation of the last years (2020-2024) was not addressed by the company, incomes have lost up to 20% of net-purchase value over these years. To date there is no communication from management how to deal with this
