      Sometimes there are a lot of projects with different technologies at the same time, so it's hard to focus on one.

      high degree of flexibility (home/remote-office whenever you like, as long as you get the job done) competent salary (basic salary + bonus) a young, and dynamic team of competent internationals huge variety of further trainings possible (internal & external) receiving state-of-the-art technology (smartphone and notebook is a minimum) open workplace open-minded environment pragmatic approach during projects

      due to the constant changes (senior management) also the direction of the business unit constantly changes, which gives a slight feeling of uncertainty even though it is one of the biggest IT companies worldwide, the company empowers their salespeople more than their hard-working engineers (often a feeling of not giving engineers the same respect as their sales-reps) constantly moving many high-competent positions to countries in which the salaries are lower (Poland, India) in order to save money
