      Pros

      Cisco is a great company and a great place to work. I have been there for more than 22 years and I do not regret a single year I spend there. Company staff & culture are aligned with people who are open minded, highly motivated and willing to give 150%, but on the same note the company kept the stress level on a still moderate level. The remuneration packages are in accordance to what you will be asked to deliver and are usually above the norm, so you will get compensated for the extra mile. What is appreciated is that there are nearly no real jerks around in Cisco.

      Cons

      Over the last years (2022 and 2023) the company tends to build up too high stress in sales on the numbers. Cisco was always on the numbers, but not too pushy neither. Too much push delegated to the sales/account manager level can reach a tipping point where people lose the motivation. This is to be observed critical over the next year(s) to come, Cisco would lose a lot culture wise if they continue on that path,
