Too much of unplanned work and no work life balance, managers don't allocate work properly few employess loaded for 14 hrs a day and few 4-7 hrs day its really pathetic and managers just don't bother to listening to reportees for any problems.Adds lotz of stress working 12-14 hrs daily.

Unreliable - Can lose your job anytime in a instance. Company has no allegiance to Employees or their tenure/hardwork and dedication. A lot of employees have been there since year 2000. They stuck through with the company hoping that it would turn around. They weren't re-issued any of the Stocks they lost due to being "under-water" and also stopped any new issues. When the company started to turn around, the first people they got rid of are the long tenured people. Furthermore, you will probably come into Cisco, smart and cream of the crop, however, please beware that you will have zero career enhancement. Their constant budget cutbacks take away the key elements that keep your job skills intact.
