Pros

Treats employees well. Excellent compensations and benefits. Company makes tons of cash. Great location in Silicon Valley.

Cons

Horrible stock performance over the last decade. Gives away money to employees too freely. Over-pays insane amounts for mergers and acquisitions. Has no idea how to increase the value of the business, even with all that cash.

Pros

Competitive salary and great benefits. Large reputable company. Depending on what product you work on, you will have all the tools and resources needed to perform well in your job. Will send you to training if it helps.

Cons

A little unorganized. Management doesn't seem to be working that hard to retain talent. Some buildings are outdated. Company culture needs to work on becoming more helpful.
