Avoid Citi AML

Pros

You are allowed to wear jeans and polo shirt on Friday. And Saturday and Sunday if they make you work over time.

Cons

Citi AML is like Vietnam. Don't bother making friends there, because either you or them will be gone very soon. Citi starts a new class of temps about once every two months. My class was May 2014. We started out with 83 people. Exactly one year later only 32 remained. The rest either quit, or were fired for petty reasons. If you accept a job here, 60% of the people in your class will not reach one year. If you are desperate for a job, ok work here for a while. But DO NOT quit your current job to come here. Although we do not work directly with customers, I have never seen a more unprofessional atmosphere. Several people in my class had visible tattoos. One girl even had pink hair! Can you believe that? A pink hair employee working for a Fortune 500 company?
