Pros

Great benefits, leadership is focused on developing those below them, culture is generally positive.

Cons

Salary and raises are low, you have to be an outside hire to make the median point in the pay bracket. Quality of work-life depends greatly on the department, with the business operations side in the worse end of the spectrum.

Pros

Great opportunities to rotate within the organization and work on different products. There are also many positions across the globe and the firm allows for a lot of mobility and travel.

Cons

The corporate culture makes is hard to innovate and it can be challenging for junior employees to bring their own ideas to the table. The budgeting process can also make it hard to change course on projects as needed.

Pros

Culture is extremely diverse and truly global, people are generally nice, efforts to make employees happy, help them grow, and pay them well

Cons

Extremely bureaucratic, there's no incremental benefit to giving 100% effort vs 60% effort
