Busy but good place to learn

Pros

Friendly team, decent discount, regular hours. Learn a lot about customers and store operations. Good place to build basic retail and people skills.

Cons

Often understaffed so shifts feel intense. Strict rules around clocking in and out. Workload can be high during peak times with little breathing space.

We're sorry to learn that the allocation of hours didn't match the availability you shared with us and we hope that you discussed with the manager before making a decision to leave. Rotas are shared three weeks in advance directly to the Shifts App on your phone so in the event of there being a problem, there is plenty of time to resolve any concerns.
