Pros

Able to work part time hours so the company can benefit from less taxes

Cons

Sacked over forgetting to pay for one packet of mentoes twice with no prior warnings, and 10 days after the government hiked up employers NI. Non existent support generally, very poor communication, and very cynical attitude of the coop with this action

Thanks for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that your time with us ended in this way. While we can’t comment on individual cases, we expect all colleagues to follow the same standards of conduct, and we apply our policies consistently. Any decision to end employment follows a clear process, including the opportunity to respond and appeal. We take these matters seriously and aim to ensure fairness at every stage. We also recognise the importance of supporting neurodivergent colleagues and are actively improving how we do this, including through manager training, clearer guidance, and more inclusive practices. We expect our leaders to communicate clearly and treat all colleagues with respect and understanding. Thanks again for your feedback, and we wish you well in whatever comes next.
