Thank you for your thoughtful and balanced review. We're really pleased to see that our Co-op's ethical approach to doing business resonates with you. It's great to see that you're happy with our 30% colleague member discount too. We understand your concerns regarding safety in store and we take this seriously. We ask that colleagues and management teams report any incidents of shoplifting both on My Safety and to the police. We continue to invest in technology and resources to support the safety of our colleagues and customers and by reporting incidents, it helps us focus on where safety measures are most needed so we can make meaningful improvements.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We're pleased to see that you appreciated the 10% employer contributions toward your pension and the 30% Co-op Colleague Member Discount. We're sorry that you felt that the training opportunities fell short of your expectations. We offer a range of resources to support the development of our colleagues, and we actively encourage everyone to explore the options that best suit their individual needs and learning preferences. These include Learning Topics, which provide on‑demand resources such as videos, e‑learning and activities to help refresh knowledge at any time; Learning Profiles, which guide colleagues through key career milestones and include structured learning hours for our store colleagues; and Learning Groups, which connect colleagues with peers and a Development Coach, supporting them to take ownership of their professional development while building valuable connections.
