We’re really pleased to hear that you’re enjoying the flexibility of working from home, our supportive culture, and the trust we place in colleagues to manage their work in a way that supports a healthy work/life balance. Treating people like adults and giving them the right level of autonomy is something we genuinely strive for, so it’s great to see that reflected in your experience. We recognise that late working isn’t for everyone, and comments like yours help us continue to review how we structure shifts as fairly as possible.
