The co-op is a great company to work with. They were very supportive throughout the interview and onboarding journey. It has been excellent working for the co-op so far. One of the best decisions I have made.

Cons

It took some time for the full onboarding but it was okay and nothing to worry about.

The scheduling of shifts wasn't managed very well.

We're pleased that you have gained some valuable skills and experience while working with us. Shifts are produced 3 weeks in advance and shared with your via the app on your phone, giving you time to plan ahead. We advise all colleagues to make sure that their manager is aware of any issues with availability in advance and if you're finding that your manager isn't producing shifts in time, to raise this with them directly.
