Thank you for your feedback. We're happy to see that you found the work in store not too difficult. We're not sure when you last worked for us, but over the last two years our annual salary increases for frontline workers exceeds 20%.

Thank you for leaving a review and for your feedback. Colleague member discount in store is 30% for Co-op own brand products and 10% off other brands. On payday weekends this rises to 20%. There are certain products in store that are exempt from discounts and you'd have to pay the full price. For discounts on products and services in other business areas can be found on our Benefits and Wellbeing Hub for our current colleagues.

The lovely clients that I helped to arrange funerals with.

Cons

Staff who can get away with providing false information during an investigation and outrightly lying. Management closing ranks around a staff member who has been there longer despite having evidence they lied. Being forced to resign or face disciplinary. No consequences.

Disciplinary decisions are made carefully, considering all factors during investigations to ensure outcomes are proportionate and fair and based on evidence. A clearly defined appeals process is in place, allowing individuals to challenge disciplinary decisions they disagree with.
