Pros

Very good onboarding experience with a clear, smooth, and well-organised joining process. Helpful training that made it easy to understand my role from day one. Enjoyable and exciting work in the bakery section, including preparing hot food and bakery items. Opportunity to work in the checkouts section, which helps build skills and confidence. Friendly, welcoming, and supportive manager and team members. Positive work environment with good customer interaction and learning opportunities every day.

Cons

No major issues at the moment. I am happy with my role and work environment.

Two breaks when you working 8h, timely rota, holidays accepted, and requests for days off and working availability respected.

Cons

Work is every day almost exactly the same, but hard to expect anything else from the shop.

Good staff and general vibe.

Cons

Few hours contract, lone working, stressful customers, burnout overworking, cannot take full brakes at times, not much training, shoplifting and crime so high , feeling unsafe at all times even whit cameras .
