Pros

No two days are the same in my role within Co-op, working across diverse business areas each day brings new opportunities and challenges, which as a team we are helping make a difference to our colleagues and member owners. Our Co-op ethical values are a good fit with my personal values, and I feel I can be myself in the workplace with 1000s of other unique and individual talented colleagues.

Cons

I look forward to coming to work and struggle to identify any cons about working for Co-op that impact me personally in my role.

Hybrid working and flexible working opportunities - its about getting the work done not where or when you do it Work within a great team - right balance between having fun and getting the work done Live and breathe the values and Ways of Working - not just a tick box exercise they come through in everything the team do

Cons

Not all teams are like TA&D which can some times make working together harder than it needs to be There is a tendency to over governance Can often be changing deadlines with very short notice asks

With our hybrid working policy we can provide more flexibility to accommodate a wide variety of needs and enable employees to work in ways that's best for them. We still aim to provide the connection and positivity of working in a fun environment and it does sound like the balance is right for you and your team. We recognize that there can be challenges when collaborating across different teams but genuinely believe that all Co-op colleagues are doing what matters most and aim to succeed together.
