Pros

Good team and interesting work. Middle management is reasonable and competent.

Cons

HR is trying to circumvent legality at every turn: booking vacations on non legal notice, giving incorrect information about bank holiday legislation, providing fuzzy details about promotions. On top of overall terrible organization, long reply time and lack of empathy and common sense. Salary is not good and you are not remunerated by your skill level but by your seniority. Zero incentive to be competent since incompetent people are paid the same as you. Difficult work is, however, pushed to competent people while the rest do the bare minimum to get paid. Mentality of call center, even though no one in the project takes calls (scheduled and timed brakes, random SLAs that make no sense for the kind of work you are doing, on site work, etc)

Pros

- pays on time and in accordance with the Greek law - bonus upon good performance - hybrid/remote opportunities (not anymore) - good environment between colleagues and team members - sufficient and well organised training

Cons

- team leaders can push you beyond your limits and are often overly critical - HR is the worst.. a bunch of bullies really. Abusive with with 0 respect for employees. They try to bully you and blackmail you to quit in order to not pay the appropriate compensation. A lot of yelling and rude expressions - difficulty and delays in obtaining holidays. - if you are not a flatterer, then almost 0 chances to get promoted. Not many opportunities for career growth

Thanks for sharing. Our goal is always to get that five-star review from our game changers. But we’ll take a hard truth too because it helps us grow and become better. We’re always working hard to build something special here, and we’re sorry your experience didn’t fully match up your expectations. As our game-changers, are at the centre of what we do and we have zero tolerance in unacceptable behaviours we’d be grateful if you could drop us a note at our confidential inbox: staff.online.feedback@concentrix.com. You can share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. We’ll take it to our leadership team, and make sure it's handled with care. Hopefully, we’ll get another chance someday to show you the Concentrix we know and love.

Pros

If employed, you collect a paycheck.

Cons

Throughout the entire merger/acquisition of Webhelp into Concentrix (CNX] in the USA, CNX did not provide any regular cadence of communication to any Webhelp employee below a VP title. Even this information was limited and not regular. This made it very difficult for the actual Webhelp employees working on projects and initiatives to understand what was happening in the organization, or what would happen to their position upon the merger completion. When meetings were held, CNX managers were indifferent to Webhelp leaders and employees and insensitive to their pending employment separations. The leadership has laid almost all Webhelp people off now, so many without notice and/or without any form of severance. They appear to be indifferent to their employees, though they've adopted the model 'Think Human'.
