Pros

- The company itself overall is one of the best I've seen. Good workplace, stream-lined business process. - They know how to keep you motivated (if they want you to be)

Cons

- Politics... If they don't like you, even if it's not work-related and purely out of personal cause (this is for superiors), they will do whatever they can to kick you out or make your experience hellish but within corporate rules/labor code so you can't sue them. - Almost everyone puts up a facade to make it seem like they're nice and all but most of them are either backstabbers, tattletales or brown nosers. Take your pick. - They do same-day termination for probationary employees if they see you as a threat to their mafia-like management through subjective evaluation of the manager. It's a loophole of the labor code of the Philippines.

Pros

The people. Sometimes feeling trapped by the job in this 100% interior space with no windows is just dauntingly depressing but then you see a happy smile on someone's face and everything seems OK. Good people development as long as your begging gets you off the phone long enough to absorb the course materials and you actually get to plan a development path forward - lots gets in the way of that though with people walking around telling you to stop what you're doing to get on the phones.

Cons

Payroll issues galore. This place is so fouled up in that regard that there's an almost constant turnover of advisors that we should install a revolving door. It's also common to find advisors gaming the system and everyone knows it except the people who should know it. People skate by for months on this job before their gaming & call avoiding tactics are caught and treated.

Pros

Weekly pay, very good colleagues, good location

Cons

Not very well pay for the amount of work, stress, unrealistic targets, confusion, poor communication, different from what the job was advertised as they are in fact call center and 90% time ur spending taking abusive calls and less working what the job was advertising for... Call center worker not case worker!
