Pros

Only those employees who cannot be hired anywhere else can work here. If you want to get a job, you don't need to know how to speak, write or read english.

Cons

Nothing at all. Food is awful. Infrastructure is like a jail. Never endeing work. Mismanagement to the core. Even if the manager is wrong, they will say its your fault.

Pros

I've been working for them for more than a year now. Sometimes it really sucks when you have a bad day but if you're smart you are not giving up so easily. Payment is not that great but if you work for a webhosting contract you get a lot of very useful and valuable knowledge that you can get no where else. At least not for free. Sometimes when they promise you a bonus you have to fight for it for months. But if you are persistent you will always get what you want. Thats how they kind of teach you to be more persistent. Very valuable for life in general as well

Cons

If you wanted to, you could see many of the pros as a con as well. Low salary for instance or that sups or management are not very knowledgable. I can see that some people get frustrated about that and then leave. I just don't want to leave because I'm intrested in what I'm working with right there. If you're a stubborn person concentrix is good for you. Because it appears that thy want to teach all of their employees to be more stubborn in order to get what they want

Pros

They'll hire anybody, even if you have no previous call center experience. Great way to build experience in the call center industry. $10 an hour beats minimum wage.

Cons

Rampant favoritism, and HR is a joke. When another employee harasses and threatens you, even going to far as to physically assault you, unprovoked in front of witnesses, they treat it like a kindergarten spat and verbal warnings with no actual consequences. This happened multiple times over a period of months. That person is still working there.
