It's a job when a lot of people don't have one. One of the less stressful Call Center from an inbound standpoint

Cons

No roome for advancement, No raises, and crazy schedules not very condusive to having a life outside of work. and quote "no negotiations" when new schedules and mandatory shift bids are posted

Pros

I like that the company is evolving - I like that they take the time to assess a situation and find solutions and don't find the need to waste time with red tape and multiple approvals that can hold up delivery/operations.

Cons

Because the company has just acquired a large portion of IBM's CRM business, they are figuring out what works best for the new, larger organization. This means many processes are in flux or not quite as stable yet. I imagine its temporary until they get their bearings again, but the period of transition/transformation is quite stressful. Lots of gray areas.

Floor looks energetic where you are free to collide with colleagues. Break timings are not restricted.

Cons

Managers and assistant managers are politicians where they make money internally. If an employee questions them, they will have vengeance on them and torture till the employee leaves the company. They clearly know there is a low staffing but still they take no steps to increase the staffing. They put pressure on the employees.
