Pros

no pros they do not know how to run COMPANY

Cons

My step son works there he had an asthma attack at my job and almost fired me because i used my cell phone to make emergency call to his mother. If you have family emergency they will call it as a no show to work even with dr excuse. they value policy over human life. They say they will give you 250$ for referring someone but they tax that so you are really getting 150 and they don't tell you that they tax it . if you have a death in the family they fire you for missing work must prove death certificate pictures don't work trust me. They give you sick days but to not be penalized you must schedule it three weeks in advance. So whats the point of sick days that you have if they use that against you. If you are one min late or early that's .15 points when you reach five points you are fired 3 points is a right up. They tell you there are approved sites but if you look at them they will fire you.

Pros

great atmosphere to meet and bond with new people, all the guides are overall great.

Cons

No support when it comes to mental health or sickness in general. i got a first written warning for my absences and got told the outcome was due to short 1 day absences. I had only had about 2 one day absences due to genuine reasoning, and the rest were round about a week. it doesn't make sense because if im off for one day i get in trouble because i have to come back and make money, but if i'm off for a week i also get in trouble, you genuinely cant win. i just hate how they indirectly make everyone out to be liars. i shouldn't need a sick line to go off work, i shouldn't be punished for being unwell. the exact same with mental health. Its a severely draining job if your there for long enough. and only a handful for the team leaders in the place are genuinely nice people. Were expected to do alot more than what we are actually paid for. in the home billing department we deal with refunds taking payments etc. but now there are all these sales targets and other irrelevant targets we have to hit or we get put on a “pap” (performance action plan) if you are a new start you are only aloud 3 sicknesses in one year. which is so unfair, how can you expect someone only to be ill 3 times out of 365 days. theres a-lot more cons than pros to this workplace. and wouldn't recommend working here to my worst enemy.

Pros

Remote working, some team members

Cons

If you have any disabilities, especially if you are neurodivergent, I strongly advise you to avoid Concentrix at all costs. My experience with this company has been deeply troubling and disappointing. Despite their claims of being an inclusive and supportive workplace, the reality is starkly different. From the beginning, I faced numerous challenges and received very little support. When I asked questions or raised concerns about my needs and accommodations, I was met with hostility and victimization. Instead of addressing my grievances, they were flatly refused to be investigated, leaving me feeling marginalized and unheard. The atmosphere at Concentrix is one where other staff members are too scared to speak out, fearing retaliation or being ostracized. This culture of fear and silence is detrimental to anyone seeking a supportive and inclusive workplace. In summary, Concentrix is not a safe or accommodating environment for individuals with disabilities or neurodivergent conditions. The lack of support, combined with a culture that discourages speaking up, makes it a highly unsuitable workplace. Proceed with caution and consider other employers who truly value and support diversity and inclusion
