During a mandatory training wave, I suffered a severe 42°C fever and provided an officially stamped medical report from a physician. Local HR and management rejected the valid medical proof because it wasn't on their specific 'yellow paper'—an impossible administrative demand during a medical crisis. I was immediately terminated, and management informed me my completed training weeks would be entirely unpaid. If you accept a role here, understand that a medical emergency will result in your immediate dismissal and the withholding of your earned wages.
