      Pros

      Good work atmosphere Excellent technology used Good for temporary work at the company. Concentrix makes a good employer by its presence in more countries.

      Cons

      Bullying middle management, operation managers. Low salary, No transparency in incentives, Operation managers are biased in their response to employees. Too much groupism within organisation especially in operations courtesy operations managers. Bad employee relations. Bad respect to its contributing employees. If employee found helpless in finding new job, then they will treat him like a slave.

      Salary is low. Not enough to live alone: you can only expect to live within sharing houses. Belfast is not cheap

      Pros

      Gives up the chance to work in an international environment and with people all over the world. Easy and cool environment. You can improve your English and meet people from all over the world. You will have fun for real, good for students :))

      Cons

      The salary is low. Belfast is not cheap as the company states in job offers. If you earn less than 17000£\year don't expect to save money. You'll be able to buy only cheap food. You'll live in sharing dirty houses. A salary to have a decent life here is at least 20000£\year Usually people leave Concentrix after 4\6 months.

      you get your money every monday (weekly)

      The management is really horrible. They told us 'if you bring a friend into this company, you will get 1000 Pounds' Thats actually a lie. You have to fight for your 1000 pounds and your flight costs! The Managers don't know anything and they fire you so easily. You get less paid when you do overtime. If you do more emails as your target is, you will not get a 'Thank you'. The Managers in my contracts will stalk you! So don't do something wrong. We are so many Agents here, sometimes you have to come 30 min earlier to work to get a PC. If you select something wrong in the status in your system ... oh hell... you will get investigation email and hey! When you are sick, but you go to work, you have to taking calls even you don't have a voice!!!
