      Pros

      remote. good options for benefits and it pays okay. Attendance policy .5 occurrences falls off every 15 days if not tardy or absent . 2 days (16hours) of UTO per quarter. if you're bilingual you can only use this in segments of 2hours at a time.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Schedules are made for you on a 3 week basis and if you request to have a certain day off in advance it is not granted. PTO can be denied/deleted if call volume is high even if you input request in advance. Meetings to catch up on metrics and discuss changes in processes are often rescheduled due to volume with can cause a disconnect of information. Suggestions for improvement in schedules are not taken into consideration, Unpaid time off is often not available and when it is it goes quickly if you're bilingual you can only use this in segments of 2hours at a time. . Can require you to be very metric and process driven rather than helpful,

      1. Supervisor of training team is good. 2. Diversified and inclusive working environment. 3. Standard employee benefits given.

      Cons

      1. Poor management- Upper management doesn't care about employees. You voice out but then you will get ignore or "take care" of. 2. Stealing incident often happen on pantry. Food being stolen yet management and hr take no action on this matter. 3.Some Team leader from operation often disrespect to new hires. For example, a team lead scolded new hire brainless when they do something wrong instead of giving guidance. 4. Slow action in facilities, take ages to issue access card to new hires (two or three weeks more) 5. TA do not have standard in recruiting. They will tend to recruit anyone if headcount needed. This is towards the specific project served at the site. Not all site are like this.

      Pros

      They pay you. If you’re hourly you can clear more than management.

      Cons

      15 years with the company and the only time I’ve seen a pay increase is when minimum wage went up enough it bumped lower departments to make more than management
