Coworkers are the best thing in this place. Made some lifelong friendships

Management is abysmal. KPIs are unattainable. No career development unless you're sleeping with or friends with someone in management.

Good pay and benefits but that is it

Cons

They make completely unrealistic goals for sales metrics. I worked there for two years gave them my all thought I’d move up and have a life career but they just fired me cause I wasn’t at 46% when there were only 4 advisors at goal and the enterprise was below 46%. I was blind for wasting years of my life there.
