Concentrix is not just a mere place to work but a space for innovation, quality, and empowerment. With its value of being a great place to start a career in the BPO industry, Concentrix allows growth and development in the personal and professional levels. It encourages and recognizes potential in each and every person within the company. The process of developing the holistic aspect of everyone makes Concentrix even more globally competitive. Essentially, life and work balance is highly valued and being manifested in the activities, programs, and policies that are being adapted by the Concentrix.

Cons

As genuine as it can be, every company has its gaps and holes, and Concentrix, even with its great value and character in the competitive market, has still some minor downsides. With its quality performance, however, at some point, some technological equipment does not match the need for productivity of some agents, since there are just some minor struggles that are being encountered when using some equipment.

Experience you would get learning with tools and their contractors customers.

Cons

The company suffers from a toxic environment that hinders its potential. Some of the managers have a rigid and outdated mindset that stems from their call center background. They are not flexible or adaptable to the changing needs of the market and the customers. They prioritize metrics over people, which creates a culture of fear and distrust. Moreover, the company lacks meritocracy and transparency in its promotion system. Many employees feel that nepotism and favoritism are the main factors that determine who gets ahead, rather than performance and competence.
