      The organization has a policy of conducting a single attempt examination, the results of which are binary - pass or fail. It is noteworthy that failure does not invariably lead to termination. There appears to be an implicit bias in the hiring and rehiring process that disproportionately affects minority groups. The reapplication process is characterized by a holding period of 30 days or more for the application. Despite being contacted for a video interview during this period, the outcome seems predetermined, with rehiring not being an option regardless of the interview performance.

      Payment on time, but nothing else

      Cons

      The main issue is the lack of respect for people's lives. The people who handle the shifts, just change them without any notice or accordance. Most of the times you would just get a message, and would be forced to accept. The shifts themselves don't make any sense, having to work sometimes 6 days in row until midnight. The Team Leaders, most of the times lack total empathy, and will require you to respect the KPIs, even when they are totally illogical. The holiday's system is non-exhisting, and you may see your requests refused just because yes.
