      Treats you terribly. Management is an absolute nightmare

      Pros

      They paid you. And occasionally gave you a small yearly bonus.

      Cons

      I have never in my life worked for a company that asked so much and paid so little. Management was unfair, and did not care about employees at all. They attempted initially to have you even clock out to use the bathroom. Work from home but if your house was on fire you were expected to sit at your computer. They showed favoritism to employees that didn't work and came down on the employees that did. There's literally so much I could go on and on about. If you are DESPERATE for money, then maybe work here. If you could work almost ANYWHERE else I would. They always had a negative thing to say and hardly ever a positive. And the stringent rules were so septic. Take this as your warning. And I was not an agent for the record.

      Hi, thank you for this review. We're really disappointed to read this and even more disappointed you had to experience it. We never want anyone to feel undervalued, like they're being treated unfairly, or dehumanized. We don't stand for any of that as a company and as fellow humans. We really wish we had a chance to get to the bottom of this while you were on the team so that you could experience some change. However, we are going to go ahead and escalate this review anyway so we can ensure no one else has to experience this. Thank you so much for brining this to our attention.

      Worst Company and Cheating Employees

      No Pros I found all are cons only.

      * Cheating employees 6 months hike amount not given, when I questioned Vice presidents rudely responded for my question. * Simply they are using employees and throwing out when not required(Use and throw). * After resignation forcefully releasing the employees without prior intimation. * LOP's also taken, completely Concentrix(Prokarma) sites not working properly. * I left company with very bad impression. I have all the proofs for above points. Management worst so I cant question them. * Please don't join Concentrix(Prokarma). They are not giving respect as well.

      This was the most disorganized company I’ve ever worked for. There was no onboarding. NONE. They think onboarding is watching training videos for 3 days. Orientation? Fagettaboutit. You just start your job and that’s it. It was like being blindfolded, dropped off in the middle of nowhere, and being told to find my way to Tunisia…in two days…with no transportation. You have no compass. No map. You don’t even speak the language of the country you’ve been dropped in. But you’re expected to perform. The technology and norms in this company were very antiquated. Leaders still use the command and control method like it’s 1996. “I need this major project on my desk by tomorrow morning (at 3pm the day before).” Who talks to people like that anymore?????? There is a reason you’ve never heard of some companies. It’s because they only exist in a previous decade.
