      Thank you for your review - we're unsure which location you may be referring to (in order to provide more insights) but as a matter of principle, we are incredibly mindful of staff working long hours and in fact encourage and demonstrate the opposite.       DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

      Expect to not be paid. There are no pros.

      Cons

      HR is non existent No sick pay No paid breaks Expect to not be paid correctly Useless TL Shocking campaign Expected to take abuse from customers who are threatening Don't expect to get support from WFH, the TLs on shift will ignore you and not respond when you have a irate customer who needs help You'll be expected to sell iPhone 12s to pensioners Systems are a joke Constant IT issues No mental health support No way to raise concerns (I have spent hours trying to contact over 8 people about my pay issues and nothing as usual) You will get treated like an idiot Useless training Unless you lick round a TL, you won't be treated with respect Extremely old and outdated hardware
