Pros

I work at another office location, but being that it's a global company you have the opportunity to travel to other offices. And I had the opportunity to work with the Japan office. Because it's global, there is sense of familiarity, yet at the same time it's quite unique at the same time; the people, culture and space. I really enjoyed working with my coworkers there. Everyone was very professional with one another. And you get a sense that you are cared for as an individual and not just for the work you output. I was able to learn a lot from the way our Japanese branch works and apply it back to my home branch.

Cons

There were not any I could think of

You call out some interesting points on the Tigerspike business. Thanks for the review, I really appreciate it. We have built a global business and identity, but we act local. That coupled with a genuine care factor in the business hopefully creates an environment for people to feel comfortable, thrive and learn. I’m pleased to hear this has been your experience to date. Cheers, Alex

Pros

Money they pay, this is the only thing I am grateful for.

Cons

Pretty much everything, If you struggle at all or have a disability, they help you for a bit, but then exile you to tier 1. I still get the same pay, but it's not fair how they do things. If you don't belong to their little "click" of friends they wont even think about considering you to advance, so I would say they discriminate.

Pros

The flexibility to work with you whenever you needed help. I was a college student who worked part-time and went to school full-time. In the span of two years working with Concentrix, I worked with Comcast Billing and then Comcast SMB interactions with technical issues. Overall, their flexibility and pay were manageable for a individual seeking a job in ANYTHING.

Cons

However, there are cons to working here which upsetting me. -The management is terrible. You must ask in advance, and when I mean in advance I mean 2-3 weeks in advance. I submitted my PTO for 1 day so I could study for my final and then take my test. Lost all record of me taking a leave off and was given a warning. -Since you are working at a call center, the majority of the calls want their problems to be fixed immediately when you could not. You will be yelled at for their bills being high, their box not working, but you will receive kind-hearted calls. -There is no free-time when you are taking calls so when you helped a customer another call is waiting for you. Constantly! -The time system where you accumulate points for being late or absent can take a great toll on you. If they want you to come, they will get after you.
