Pros
*I had the fortune to avail the 5 years retirement clause when I signed my contract with Concentrix (formerly Convergys). *Career growth is based on meritocracy and they invest a lot on development of soft and hard skills which helped me develop an exceptional range of skills required to climb up the career ladder. *Concentrix offers competitive salaries, a stable income, and attractive benefits packages (health insurance, bonuses, etc.), which have significantly contributed to the financial stability of many families. In my 15 years with the company, it has never happened that the salary was delayed.
Cons
One of the big concerns this year was the health insurance coverage from iCare which has proven to be challenging to a lot of gamechangers.
