Pros

At least you can form a common bond with your coworkers who are stuck in the same quagmire of crap. You do meet some good people.

Cons

Leadership? There is none past a few lower level ones that you even hear from. Communications? see leadership. Working environment? Horrific - bedbug sweeps are a bi-weekly issue. Cold air blowing on your in the dead of winter, and no air circulation in the middle of summer. Pay???? I can't get over this part. They can doc your hours to the second for time in the bathroom, but they can't get your pay right! 40 hours of PAID vacation time (so 40 times the hourly) they managed to pay out $40. ETA to fix? Next check. Not on the next check updated ETA? You guessed it "next check". Over and over again. Benefits? What exactly is the difference between the two levels of health insurance? Nothing but $200. And to add insult to injury, it's quoted as monthly. 3 pay periods in the same month, they take it out all 3 checks.

Pros

Note: Concentrix have multiple clients and you will usually only ever work for one. This client was one of their main and my review will centre around my experience working on behalf of that client. You work on behalf of an awesome name in tech being the front line of support for their products. Friendly co-workers. Flexible hours. Discount on the client's products. Central office location. Free food often. Incentives to work extra shifts.

Cons

Must sign an NDA and agreement stating that you will not ever name the client you work on behalf outside of your job which means you cannot put the big name client on your resume. You don't know anything about most new products until the day the public does leading you to have to play catchup very quickly. HR is rude and useless when issues are reported. Pay issues were common when I worked there and took nagging to be fixed. Tools that can be vital to helping you do your job can only be accessed by higher level staff members meaning you have to call them for simple information. Moving up past a certain point is hard and there is a lot of favoritism in the workforce. You won't be promoted for your KPI's and work ethic if you aren't best friends with your team leader. Pay is award minimum and you will only make decent money with penalty rates. When I worked there the call recording system was fragmented and buggy and the computers were very old. We also never got devices to play with so were left to support and be the go to experts products we had never even touched before.
