Pros

Working from home was great and the pay and benefit was awesome.

Cons

The management at Concentrix was very unprofessional. Staff and management was very unorganized and was very hard to get in contact with. Management had poor communication skills among staff and management. Employees that had low stats were or could use help were treated like they didn't matter. Some of the TEAM MANAGERS were a joke. I was told I was transferring to Turbo Tax right around Christmas. Prior to that I went through a launch couple of launches of very popular products. I made huge sales during that time. Instead of getting transferred to Turbo Tax I was told that I would be laid off until time for training. That is the last I heard from Concentrix. I was never informed if I was fired or laid off. I finally had to find me another job. This place is a joke.

Pros

Work-life balance. I hardly worked over 40 hours a week; only when a deadline had to be met. You're encouraged to work only your scheduled shift and I wasn't in a call center so the schedules were flexible for doctor appointments, etc. They do promote from within and I received several promotions.

Cons

Extremely underpaid, management promoted without the knowledge or experience needed, put up with crappy co-workers because the company never wants to fire anyone. There were times when people weren't paid on time (seriously unacceptable) after the company was bought out by Concentrix (the company was on it's 3rd name change since I had been there in 3 years). They took about a week to resolve and get people their pay. If there's one thing you have to do... it's pay people. Most are living paycheck to paycheck to begin with.
