Pros

The colleagues are great and the job is not hard. I didn't get very many calls, so the job didn't stress me out.

Cons

Management is very slow to solve issues. Payroll, workforce, all those things take months to fix issues that could have been solved much sooner and you really have to keep reminding them to solve your issue at all, because they will forget.
