My experience is a laid-back experience. Concentrix allows me to feel at home with no stress - While at Home. Great opportunity.

Abusive and racist clients, too much work, too many rules, management that bends backwards to clients.

Pros

The only good thing about this company is that you work at home.

Cons

Nothing is consistent, your schedule is constantly changing and they basically tell you what schedule you will work. Your manager changes every other month. Training is so inadequate they won't train you to use the systems. You are on your own in every aspect of this company.
