Pros

Fantastic mixture of cultures and languages. Colleagues are by far the best side of working here. System is easy and helpful. You rarely deal with complaints.

Cons

Management = Clueless. Improvisation seems to be the essence. A lot of politics going on. If you're friends (or maybe more) with certain team-leaders, then you get a special treatment - I mean, also at work :) They promise to promote professional development! Ahahahahaha! Awful WF, no work/life balance.

Pros

Good people who want to do well among lower level staff

Cons

Horrendous shift patterns with limited flexibility. Management who do not how to motivate staff or treat them with repect. Unrealistic targets mean management push people to make unethical decisions and lower morale.
