Management was super shady. Some would delegate their tasks as supervisors to regular advisors, letting them be off the phones for hours while doing their work for them. A lot of petty talking behind people’s backs, it was like a high school. Only metrics focused, didn’t care about the people, just the numbers. You are just a number, and you can be replaced in a second.

Poor management poor training they look at you as a number.don't care about anything but you being in a seat to take calls. Favoritsm at its best. The classroom training is useless once you start your tba and nesting training. The 1st week of the 5 week class room training you are not doing anything at all but holding conversations with your new Co workers getting to know one another and the information being taught in those 5 weeks is pointless once you get on the floor even the trainers agree. They don't like helping you and talk to you any kind of way down talk you and wonder why their turn over rate is so high. Nothing good with this company and they change your schedule at any time and you have to work it or you're job less. If go to supervisor about an issue they terminate you too keep all issues swept under the rug.
