They use a dishonest staffing company to hire. They promise full-time work and actual employment, but everyone is caught in a perpetual state of being laid off and working again. After going to management questioning them about obtaining full-time employment they constantly bait you into thinking you will obtain full employment. Many of the 'craigslist employees' make for a horrible work atmosphere. 100+ degree warehouse combined with monotonous, brain-dead tasks is bad enough; then you have ghetto employees on a rant. Outside is littered with trash and scum, which is the only entrance you are allowed into by a security guard who never answers the door when you ring it.

Pros

Good company with a lot of options for moving around into different positions,and the company has jobs worldwide.

Cons

The work life balance at DHL is not optimal in my opinion. Mandatory overtime is implemented almost daily, and most of the people work on average between 10-13 hours a day at the gateway locations. Management works around the clock, which is not very healthy.
