Commission structure sucks. Quarter over quarter, you are only as good as your last quarter. Current sales director in the west coast is from UPS, and he believes in the big brown military method -- it does not matter how long you have been with the company and how well you performed in the past, if you are not producing this quarter, you would be put on corrective action. There are a lot of turnover in sales, no loyalty. local management all comes from overseas -- they don't really want to be here, but only use this as their next big opportunity. Strategy wise, it is very short-term. Management does not have a genuine interest on people locally.
